Medtronic:
In 2003, I was invited by exhibit builder Delphi Productions, based in Alameda, CA.,
to participate in their management of Medtronic's vast tradeshow program. Medtronic,
a global medical technology company with many divisions worldwide, participates in
dozens of tradeshows annually, and Delphi needed skilled and reliable free lance
production managers to supervise the installation and dismantle of their exhibits
nationwide. Consequently, for the last several years I've directed the I & D on a dozen
or so tradeshows each year, from 50x90 floor plans with more than 200 crates and a dozen
workers, down to little 10x20 linear set ups. Delphi's management of this enormous program,
with an inventory of hundreds of exhibit properties, has been truly amazing.
This is a really big program and Delphi has done a phenomenal job.
